- Timing and Schedule: we did experience delays, but none of this was within CBD's control (our architect moved country and didn't let us know she was dropping us essentially, COVID kicked off, and our building's approval admin people were very difficult to get in touch with). Despite these delays, the team is always efficient, professional, polite, friendly, tidy. They are incredible!
- Tradesmen: we met a variety of CBD's tradesmen and usual partners based on the variety of work we did (bathroom, shelving, sky light, roof garden, etc) they are a good team, who work together well, they are polite, tidy every day and get the jobs done. They're lovely.
- Communication: we created WhatsApp groups for ease of communication and this worked well when we needed to check in on something or confirm an arrival time for the tradesmen the following day. CBD are very professional and conscientious.
- Trust: I trusted Mark's recommendations, his communication and expertise are terrific. Within a week, we suggested the tradesmen take an extra key to our building and flat, so they could come and go for tea breaks and arrive in the morning with ease. I trusted all the guys and they gave me no reason whatsoever to question them.
